Centrifugal fan type CPC features a narrow radial impeller with long backward curved blades, optimized for small air volumes up to 4.5 m³/s (16,200 m³/h) and high pressures up to 10,000 N/m² (1,000 mm w.g.), making it suitable for compact industrial installations. Available in nine standard sizes with impeller diameters from 250 mm to 1,000 mm, CPC fans are built with black sheet steel casings and shaped cast iron inlets designed to guide airflow efficiently with minimal pressure loss. The impeller, riveted for durability, is supported by a motor pedestal that holds the motor and fan bearings, allowing for easy belt tensioning and alignment. For belt-driven systems, the impeller is mounted on a shaft supported by spherical ball bearings in plummer blocks. Special constructions such as stuffing boxes or cooling discs can be customized. Accessories include belt drives with pulleys and guards, anti-vibration mounts, inlet/outlet flanges, flexible duct connections, and corrosion-resistant finishes, ensuring long-term reliable operation and versatile installation options.
